Moments D491: Hidden Fishing Hole

Today's moment snuck up on me.  As I was walking to my last volleyball game of the season, I spied a gentleman fishing.  I nearly missed him and walked on by without a second glance as he was very much tucked behind the overgrown summer weeds.  I have no idea what kind of fish would be in that little body of water, but there he was none-the-less, looking quite official about it!

Though it was threatening rain, there he sat in his folding chair, smoke in hand with his tackle, cooler and hat casually tossed beside him.  He looked relaxed and the scene was calm.  Never in the 10+ years that I had be trekking to the beach for volleyball had I seen anyone fishing here.  The surprise of the hidden fishing hole delighted me.  I paused, took a couple of pictures and then went on my way to my playoff games with a smile on my face.

Moments seeing a new sight.

Moments enjoying a calm relaxing scene.
