Today was a strange day. I worked (longer than I wanted to) ran some errands, then headed to check in at the hotel near the concert if the year for me. After check in, about 30min later, I found out the concert was canceled due to the stage collapsing. Saddened by the news, my girlfriend and I were not disheartened.
We made the best of a changed situation. We made lemonade with our lemons. The fact that we flowed with it…rolled with it and had a ton of fun without our favorite band….makes me smile. It was a great moment in our friendship.
