Today, a brilliant day enjoying yet another shopping morning and sun by the pool. It was also a brilliant day in that my niece was accepted to her preferred university for next year. She was beside herself in happiness!
But, my personal personal favourite moment post shower. We decided that tonight we would go out and celebrate the good news. That meant showers for us all. The moment of the day? That was the moment when I stepped out of the shower, peeked out of the bathroom to let the girls know one of them could step in and I was handed a Jack & lemonade garnished with a sliced strawberry and a couple of blue berries. Damn! Now that was service. It was the biggest smile of the day, and likely will be for the week. My aunt? She’s a damn superstar that way.
